Q. Why should I have a company logo?
A. A logo is something your audience and customers will remember you by. A company that has no logo usually is perceived as cheap and unprofessional.

Q. How much will a web site cost me?
A. Depending on how many web pages your site will have, design complexity, how interactive it will be, if you will be selling products, and any additional web items will affect the final investment for your web site. Web hosting and Domain Name purchase is needed as well.

Q. Why should I hire a web professional?
A. Your web site is an extension of your company. If your site is unprofessional, you are unprofessional. A cluttered web site portrays you are cluttered. Have a web site that is hard to work with? You are hard to work with. A web site that is professional, has navigation ease, and is neat and clean will help your company's image. A web professional will design and develop your web site to be professional and polished, keeping your targeted audience drawn to your services and/or products.

Q. Do I need to hire a "local" web site designer?
A. Rouge-Gorge Graphics works with clients who are local as well as out of state. By using the Internet, email and the telephone, it is possible to communicate effectively with clients in any location.

Q. How long does it take for a finished web site to go live?
A. The time frame for a web site's completion is determined by the complexity of the design, client communication, and materials delivered.

Q. Do you offer any type of discounts?
A. Yes, we offer discounts for schools and non profit organizations.

Q. What content should I put on my web site?
A. Any relevant content for your business services and goals should be on the web site to draw in your targeted audience.

Q. How many changes can I make to the design concept?
A. One revision cycle is offered at no additional charge. An hourly rate of $75.00 will be charged for additional revisions.

Q. Will everyone see my web site the same?
A. Your web site visitors will see some things differently depending on their browser, screen resolution settings, and their individual computer settings and toolbars. We preview every web site in all browsers and platforms to achieve the best results.

Q. Will you show me how to maintain my web site?
A. Our consulting fee is an hourly rate of $150. We also offer content management system installations for an additional charge.

Q. What is site maintenance?
A. Site maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back. This is an optional service that we provide for our customers.

Q. Why can't I find my web site in the search engines?
A. Once your site has been submitted to the top Search Engines they may require several weeks, or even months to actually spider and list your web site in their directory. How fast your site is listed depends on each individual Search Engines database update schedule.

Q. Why should my company have a tv commercial advertisement?
A. Any form of media advertising will help your business stand apart from your competitors. A web site is 24/7 advertising, having a commercial on tv or a radio station is additional advertising for your audience to remember your business services and/or products.
